- Artist data: artist name, biography, profile image, published music.
- Usage data: listening history, playlists, supporter info, Credit account transactions.
- Payment data: subscription and payment transactions (the actual payment method data is handled by the payment provider).
- Technical data: IP address, browser identifiers, cookies and device identifiers.
How we use the data
- To provide, maintain and develop the service.
- To manage user accounts and logins.
- To calculate royalties according to the User-Centric Royalty model.
- For customer support and communication.
- To meet statutory obligations (e.g. bookkeeping).
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data to perform our contract (providing the service), on the basis of legitimate interest (service development and security), with your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and to meet statutory obligations.
Disclosure of data
