So, what does this cost?
The basic services of the Lingonperry platform are completely free for artists. You can publish unlimited amounts of your own music on Lingonperry and earn royalties through our platform's User-Centric Royalty model. This means that a percentage of the fees paid by listeners goes directly to the artist based on listening times.
Extra services - €5 per month
For a monthly fee of 5 euros, you'll get access to the additional Artist+services that entitle you to benefits from our partners, extra social media visibility on Lingonperry’s channels, and the pitching of your releases—made through the Music Box distribution service—to playlists.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can release your first single on Lingonperry, even if you haven't released it elsewhere yet. Through the Lingonperry platform's Music Box distribution service, you can also upload it to other platforms.
Even if you've already released music on other platforms, you can still upload it to Lingonperry. You can also share your new releases directly on Spotify through the Lingonperry platform's Music Box distribution service.
Even if you've previously released music through other digital distributors, your older releases can be transferred to Lingonperry's Music Box distribution service. Your new releases can also be distributed from Lingonperry to your existing streaming profiles.
If you use the Music Box distribution service on the Lingonperry platform, you can choose the streaming platforms you want from hundreds of options, including the most well-known ones. You can also select the countries where your music will be distributed.

Publishing music on Lingonperry is completely free. You can also listen to music for free using your monthly Freemium Credits.
Credit is the internal currency of the Lingonperry platform, which is used to pay for the internal functions of the platform and to pay royalties. You can read more about Credit on our blog.
There is no limit to the number of releases on the Lingonperry platform, so you can make as many as you like.
Lingonperry not only provides a distribution service to other platforms, Lingonperry is also a streaming platform that offers artists fair royalties on a User Centric Royalty basis.
Royalty payments on the Lingonperry platform are based on the User Centric Royalty principle, so artists are paid royalties based on how much individual paying listeners have listened to their music. In addition, we offer artists the opportunity to distribute their music to other streaming platforms through the Music Box distribution service.
If you’ve uploaded your music to other streaming platforms through other distribution services (e.g., DistroKid), you’ll still receive your royalty payments through that service. However, if you’ve uploaded your music to other streaming platforms through Lingonperry’s Music Box distribution service, you’ll receive royalty payments from those platforms into the Credit account on your Lingonperry artist page, after commissions have been deducted.
User-Centric Royalty (UCR for short) is a royalty model in which a listener's personal royalty sum is distributed to artists in proportion to how much music the listener has listened to. You can read more about User Centric Royalty on our blog.
Lingonperry offers small artists a fair revenue share in accordance with the User-Centric Royalty principle. In addition, Lingonperry makes it possible to distribute music to other streaming platforms without any extra effort. We are also a Finnish alternative.
